I subscribed but I can’t access premium features or get recommendations. What should I do?

If you have made a subscription but still don’t have access to premium features or recommendations, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

1. Update the App

First, make sure you are using the latest version of the Tramatch app.

2. Uninstall the current app.

Reinstall the latest version from your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

3. Restore Your Purchase

After reinstalling the app:

Open the app and go to Settings

Tap on Account Settings

Click on Restore Purchase to regain access to your subscription.
