1. Go to your settings or profile menu.

2. Select "Blocked Users" or "Blocked Accounts".

3. Find the person you want to unblock and tap or click on their name you'll see an "Unblock" button. Clicking this will restore their ability to contact you.

4. Confirm that you want to unblock them.
